Four Point Inspections

Four Point inspections are designed to cover the four key areas of a home:

• Roof
• Plumbing
• Electrical
  
• HVAC

This type of inspection is normally only required by insurance companies for homes 35+ yrs old.

Residential Inspections

Purchasing or selling a home is a major decision. Our in-depth residential inspections are conducted using the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics© and are designed to provide you with the information needed to make informed buying and selling decisions. 

Wind Mitigation Inspections

These inspections examine the structural ability of a home to withstand hurricane force winds. Florida statute 626.0629 requires insurance companies to provide you, the homeowner, with discounts for compliance with construction codes and techniques that reduce losses due to windstorm related damage. Discounts average between $300 - $800 annually and are applied to the wind portion of the policy.
